IZZY GUIDO
At 21 years old, I’ve chosen a unique path, veering away from traditional education. Instead, I have ventured into a realm of self-employment, driven by a passion for dog training and videography. Managing the dual realms of canine coaching and capturing visual stories, I find fulfillment in forging my own path and creating a unique narrative in both the world of entrepreneurship and visual storytelling.
-
I started dog training because my love for dogs and passion for their well-being fueled a desire to channel that enthusiasm into a meaningful pursuit. Training dogs allows me to combine my affection for these dogs with a sense of purpose, contributing to their happiness and fostering positive relationships between dogs and their owners.
-
My qualifications as a dog trainer stem from invaluable hands-on experience gained through working with a multitude of breeds. This practical exposure has equipped me with a nuanced understanding of canine behavior, allowing me to specialize in effective behavior modification and obedience.
-
The canine world is dynamic, with new insights into behavior, training methods, and health emerging regularly. Ongoing education ensures that I stay informed about the latest developments, enabling me to adapt my methods for the benefit of dog and owners. I am constantly listening to other trainers and asking their advice/opinions, listening to dog related podcast, reading books and articles, etc.
Some trainers I continue to learn from:
Pat Stuart
Glenn Cooke
Shane Murray
Denise Fenzi
Matt Folsom
